MATON CUSTOM BUILT BB1200 SEMI-HOLLOW BODY 

Maton built this guitar for me in 2005.  A beautiful semi-hollow body electric that combines a great look with classic tone. The Queensland Maple body, capped with Victorian Blackwood, and a Rock Maple neck copied from my ’68 Telecaster, capped with ebony finger board gives max sustain, a beautifully warm and rounded tone, but still with plenty of bite.  The Lollar Imperial Humbuckers (N 7.6K B 8.4K) can be split to single coils giving a huge palette of tonal options.  Grover Rotomatic tuners, 500K CTS split coil pots, Tonepros Nickel Tail Stop and Bridge, Ivory body with cream binding complete the picture.  It is in pristine condition for a 20 year old instrument as it has never been toured and only used in recording projects.  Comes with Maton strap and case. 

Cole Clark LD1H Lap Dog
This guitar has never been outside the studio.  In A1 condition.  The Lap Dog is a solid body, 6 string lap steel guitar. A great sounding, sweet playing bare bones approach, using quality tone woods and components and fitted with a Cole Clark Humbucker. Tackle this with your favourite tone bar and a little tube warmth, you’ll be amazed at the punch the Lap Dog delivers.

1946 KING ZEPHYR TENOR SAXAPHONE

All original, beautiful honey patina lacquer in remarkable condition.  Matching body and neck serial numbers.    Double socket neck is tight with no movement, triple hole strap hook. These later Zephyr’s were essentially the same as the classic early post-war S20 horns, the only differences being cosmetic changes to key guards, neck bracing, and octave key.  Depending on choice of mouthpiece these ‘45 horns are known for their smoky, dark sound, that is well spread across its range.  It comes with an early Ralph Morgan 9* hard rubber mouthpiece and BG ligature and cap.  Played hard it simply roars yet has a velvety smoothness when gently coaxed.  It is a players horn, great for someone wanting to step up to a true vintage classic.  Sold with BAM Flight Case, HCouf Hard Case, and stand.

NOBLET (LE BLANC) LAUREATE 45 GRENADILLA WOOD CLARINET (LATE 60’S)

An entry level pro clarinet.  Noblet, the oldest French clarinet maker, was taken over by Le Blanc, who continued to make these fine instruments.  Known for their warm tone and smooth action, they are a great buy if you’re looking for quality that won’t break your bank like a comparable Selmer or Buffet.

Pair of RCF 310A SPEAKER/MONITORS

RCF ART 310-A is an active, wide dispersion 2 way sound reinforcement speaker. It integrates a high power 350 watt amplifier, a complete electronic processor section and RCF low distortion, high power neodymium transducers. The system is unique in its class for output and vocal intelligibility.  The new 10” neodymium woofer is the result of the latest refinement in year of RCF experience in compact 2 way speakers. Features a 2,5 ” voice coil, very high efficiency and controlled bass reproduction. The compression driver uses a new 1.5” Mylar dome design and optimised geometry radial phase plug. This innovative design is powered from a high flux neodymium magnet offering a very open and natural midrange sound with extreme precision in high frequency reproduction.  A generous 2 step class H design is used to power the low frequencies and the compression driver amplifier is a warm and clear class AB design.   The input section presents a XLR input connector that is switchable from microphone to line levels. A master volume control and a useful XLR loop through link guarantee the best versatility.
All the system is housed in a strong, very lightweight, polypropylene composite enclosure. The woofer is protected from a strong, powder coated, metal grille. The cabinet features 2 M10 threaded fly points, a 35 mm stand adaptor plus an ergonomic top handle for easy transportation. 

1 X AUDIX VX5 CONDENSER MIC

The VX5 is a multi-purpose, professional vocal condenser microphone designed for stage, studio, and broadcast applications. With an ability to duplicate studio-quality sound on stage, the VX5 has a smooth and accurate frequency response, resistance to feedback, and handles very high SPLs without distortion.

Designed with a tight and uniformly controlled supercardioid polar pattern, the VX5 condenser vocal microphone helps isolate vocals from the rest of the stage. Other features include a 14 mm gold vapor diaphragm, an acoustically ported steel mesh grille with a multi-stage pop filter, and a -10 dB pad and bass roll-off filter. The VX5 will handle SPLs in excess of 140 dB (with pad and roll-off engaged) and will provide over 20 dB of ambient noise rejection on live stages.  In addition to vocal applications, the VX5 supercardioid microphone is designed to capture instruments such as guitars, woodwinds, brasses, percussion toys, drum overheads, hi-hats, and pianos.
